Мы показываем, что Солнечная система – уникальное явление во Вселенной, внеземных цивилизаций нет, а Земля и Солнце, находясь в “антропном центре” Мира, предназначены для развития Человечества, и Космоса как Суперкомпьютера. Этот вывод следует из анализа экзопланетных орбит, основанного на “когерентной космической пульсации” с периодом P 0 ≈ 9600.6 с (обнаруженным у Солнца и некоторых внегалактических источников). Подчеркивается, что P 0 -явление не подвержено эффекту Доплера, будучи связанным, по-видимому, с абсолютным временем Вселенной, которое когда-то защищал Ньютон.

At the present time, more than 840 exoplanets are discovered, and on some of them, according to opinion of most people, the extraterrestrial civilizations may exist. Astronomers, however, warned against contacts with them due to possible danger for people... We show that the Solar system is an unique phenomenon of the Universe, where no extraterrestrial civilizations exist at all, and that the Earth and the Sun, being in the “anthropic center” of the World, are destined for progress of the Mankind, and of the Cosmos as a Supercomputer. This conclusion follows from the analysis of orbits of exoplanets, based on a “coherent cosmic oscillation” with a period of P 0 ≈ 9600.6 s (discovered in the Sun and a few extragalactic sources). It is emphasized that the P 0 phenomenon is not subjected to Doppler effect being connected, plausibly, with an absolute time of the Universe pleaded in the past by Newton.
