Приведены основные результаты многолетних исследований вспыхивающих звезд в Крымской астрофизической обсерватории: фотоэлектрический мониторинг известных и заподозренных вспыхивающих звезд, небулярная и хромосферная модели вспышек, спектральные наблюдения вспышек с высоким временным разрешением, кооперативные фотометрические наблюдения и временное распределение звездных вспышек, распределение вспышек по энергиям и энергетические спектры вспышек, спектры вспыхивающих звезд в спокойном состоянии, наблюдения EV  Lac в ходе международных кооперативных программ и с космического аппарата АСТРОН, скоростная фотометрия и колориметрия вспышек, поляриметрические наблюдения, исследование запятненности   звезд и зональная модель звездной запятненности, длительные циклы активности, магнитометрические наблюдения. Создана и поддерживается каталогизация вспыхивающих звезд от М до G - F спектральных типов.

The basic results of long-term researches of flaring stars in the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory are given: photoelectric monitoring of the known and suspected flaring stars, nebular and chromospheric models of flares, spectral observations of flares with a high time resolution, co-operative photometric observations and time distribution of stellar flares, distribution of flares along energy and power spectra of flares, spectra of flaring stars in a quiet state, observations for EV Lac during the international co-operative programs and from the space station ASTRON, high-speed photometry and colorimetry of flares, polarimetry observations, research spottedness of stars and the zone model of stellar spottedness, long cycles of activity, magnetometric observations. There has been carried out and is being supported the cataloguing of M to G - F-type flaring stars.
