Для проведения синхронных наблюдений астрофизических объектов методами классической астрономии, гамма-астрономии и физики космических лучей создана система сбора и анализа данных с установок Баксанской нейтринной обсерватории (БНО) ИЯИ РАН и комплекса астрономических телескопов на пике Терскол. Поиск всплесков интенсивности космических лучей и космического гамма-излучения проводится на комплексе установок БНО. Поиск и последующее изучение оптических вспышек, сопутствующих обнаруженным установками БНО событиям, проводятся на комплексе астрономических телескопов обсерватории на пике Терскол Института астрономии РАН по целеуказаниям от установок БНО. Для проведения поиска транзиентных явлений в оптическом диапазоне по внешним целеуказаниям (от установок БНО, сети GCN и т. д.) разработана и создана универсальная программа управления комплексом астрономических телескопов.

To conduct synchronous observations of astrophysical objects using methods of classical astronomy, gamma astronomy and cosmic ray physics, there has been constructed a system for collecting and analyzing data from the facilities of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory (BNO) of INR RAS and a complex of astronomical telescopes at the Terskol Peak Observatory. The search for bursts of cosmic ray intensity and cosmic gamma radiation is carried out at a complex of BNO facilities. The search and follow-up study of optical flares accompanying the events, detected by BNO facilities, are carried out with the complex of astronomical telescopes at the Terskol peak of the Institute of Astronomy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. A universal program for operation of astronomical telescopes was developed and created. The program allows searching for transient phenomena in the optical range using external alerts (from BNO facilities, the GCN network, etc.).
